We are thrilled to announce that Kate Groff, an experienced Nurse Practitioner specializing in pediatrics, has joined FirstHx as our Chief Nursing Officer. Kate brings with her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the field, as well as a strong entrepreneurial background.

With over 15 years of nursing experience, Kate has played a pivotal role in the development of new technologies. Her expertise as a pediatric clinical specialist spans various areas, including pediatric pulmonology & critical care, oncology, NICU, and stem cell transplant.

Beyond her professional responsibilities, Kate actively volunteers for numerous health outreach programs, demonstrating her commitment to children’s health. Moreover, she serves as a passionate advocate for children’s health on local, national, and international platforms.

Kate also has a strong passion for technology entrepreneurship. She served as the Chief Client Success Officer at Little Journey, a technology company supporting children and their families with healthcare interactions. In this role, Kate helped ensure successful partnerships with hospitals supporting healthcare and clinical trials focused on pediatrics, while leading commercial strategy in North America.

In her new role with FirstHx as Chief Nursing Officer, Kate will play a pivotal role in advancing PedsHx, the tailored pediatric history module for patients ages two to 16. With her guidance and expertise, we are confident that PedsHx will continue to revolutionize the way pediatric healthcare professionals gather and assess patient information, ensuring more efficient and accurate care for young patients.

Please join us in welcoming Kate Groff to the FirstHx family. We are excited to work alongside her as we strive to improve the well-being of pediatric patients and transform the future of children’s healthcare.
